Rent would be $3200 total all utilities included. House specs (rooms wont look exactly the same as when we move we'll take some stuff with us but most everything you'll need will be left like beds, furnitures, plates etc let us know if you have requests!): -3-4 full size bedrooms with closets (office could be a bedroom if you want four students) -2.5 bathrooms -large kitchen with dishwasher -washer and dryer with clothes line and folding table in basement -Florida/ sun room with bike & elliptical -really nice yard -free parking -bi or tri monthly cleaning service (included in rent) -5min drive to uni (1.2 miles) -bus stop down the street -walking/biking path down the street that takes you to the uni all the way to downtown Binghamton
