Property Preservation - Trash Outs - Lawns - Cleaning - Inspections
Upcoming opportunities coming for the state of New York in the property preservation field.
New contract will be starting around the end of March and We will be in need of all positions being filled for property preservation.
In search of sub contractors who will complete routine cleanings, routine lawn care, quality control inspections and initial inspections on foreclosed, vacant homes.
We will also need sub contractors who can preform initial services which include the initial debris removal, cleaning of the property and lawn care.
I will also need sub contractors who can do window boarding, lock changes, roof tarping and miscellaneous small repairs / work orders.
This is a sub contractor position so having all of your own equipment will be required to preform specific services that are within your capability along with a digital camera, reliable transportation and computer / internet.
There will be insurance requirements of general Liability and workers comp.
