Security Officer (SEASONAL)

Responsible for properly executing security duties on assigned shift to adequately protect the life and property of customers, associates and the company's property.
o Generates necessary written reports regarding security-related incidents involving customers, Associates and/or the facility.
o Escorts and observes customers and Associates to ensure their safety and protection, identifies potential safety hazards and report same to the appropriate individual for proper resolution.
o Becomes familiar with hazardous materials used on property, and all applicable laws, rules and regulations governing same.
o Acts as a Dispatcher during emergency situations, and coordinates solutions to same, informs outside agencies of any unusual or suspicious situations on property.
o Ensures safe transportation of company moneys, assists in the opening and closing of the gaming floor.
o Interacts with customers and Associates in a positive, professional manner.
o Maintains a series of keys, accessing locked areas as necessary.
o Accepts identification from all persons who appear to be under the legal age, to ensure compliance with state and federal gaming regulations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
