Business Development Manager
This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting growing company in a challenging and dynamic atmosphere. Working in a team environment and assuming the initial and primary point of contact with the customer, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for all phases of the business development process with new and existing customers and markets, including strategy development, opportunity creation, identification, qualification, pursuit, and capture of new business opportunities.
The Business Development Manager must have a proven track record in business development and have significant experience with sheet metal fabrication processes and enclosure systems.
REQUIREMENTS
The qualified candidates will possess:
? Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field and 8 to 10 years of experience in developing business opportunities for highly engineered enclosure solutions or an equivalent combination of education and experience
? Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
? Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to establish strong and effective working relationships
? Ability to work independently and in collaboration with internal team players
? Proficiency with computer work and Microsoft Office Suite
? Some travel within Northeastern part of North America is required
