com Do you love to provide excellent service, multitask and have a high attention to detail? We are seeking an experienced customer service/sales representative to serve our members promptly and professionally while conducting monetary transactions.
Essential Functions:
Greet customers and welcome them to GHSFCU Process transactions for members accurately and quickly while meeting regulatory compliance requirements Answer basic customer inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges, and account histories while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations and consumer privacy policies.
Identify how to make financial services more convenient for members by finding the right solutions for members and recommending additional products and services and special promotions.
Job Requirements High School graduate or equivalent required Experience in cash handling, sales, or customer service is preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong problem-solving skills Speed, accuracy, and confidentiality in processing detailed transactions.
Adaptable and willing to work flexible working hours including Saturdays.
Excellent attendance and punctuality Strong member/employee service orientation, with a passion for delivering superior service/results Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to exhibit a pleasant disposition under all circumstances Capable of handling conflict and difficult conversations, multiple concurrent tasks and constant interruptions Good organization and time management skills Tech savvy with good working knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, e-mail software, use of the Internet and the ability to learn internal use software.
