We are the proud Double-A affiliate of the New York Mets, playing at Mirabito Stadium in Binghamton, NY.
The Food and Beverage Team is responsible for delivering a superior food and beverage experience to our fans.
We are looking for an experienced restaurant professional whose responsibilities will focus on serving food and beverages, (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), to our clients at various distribution points throughout the stadium.
Our POS locations include two main concession stands, a barbecue shack, numerous carts, a picnic area, luxury suites, and our clubhouses.
The emphasis is on serving quality food and beverage at an affordable price with fan-friendly service in a safe and healthy way.
The Concourse Manager will be responsible, in particular, for the game day operations of all concession stand operations.
The focus will be on delivering a great guest experience by developing, motivating, monitoring and coaching all concession staff to ensure superior performance and execution.
The team plays 69 home games during the regular season, mostly over 6-game homestands; game days require long hours and include night games and weekends.
Strong people leadership and development/mentorship skills are necessary to be successful in this role.
The ability to communicate clearly is a must as is a customer-first attitude.
The job often requires grace under pressure as we serve many people in a short amount of time and adjustments to plans are inevitable.
