Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the leasing process, from marketing and advertising to tenant screening and lease negotiation.
- Managing multiple social media accounts on a daily basis.
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about the property, lease terms, and rental rates.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure efficient turnover of units and timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Stay up-to-date on local rental market trends and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable lease terms for the property owner.
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to prospective tenants.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Knowledgeable and comfortable with the use of social media.
