Downtown by Beer Tree is hiring for an Assistant Manager who will be responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on direction from Beer Trees General Manager.
Their duties include supervising employees during day-to-day tasks, providing customer support in escalated situations and managing the overall workflow of a workplace.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate meetings Conduct employee performance reviews Develop good customer relationships Participate in recruitment and dismissal processes Smooth out problems within the workplace Address employee and customer concerns Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement Liaise between managers, customers and employees Provide direction to staff Monitor spending patterns and budget Fill in for General Manager (GM) in times of absence.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
