We are looking for outgoing, energetic people to join a great retail sales team, part of the minor league baseball tradition in Binghamton.
Are you ready to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment, meeting visitors from all over the country, representing the hometown Rumble Ponies as a fan-facing ambassador? Responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers in the store and assisting them with locating merchandise Ringing up sales at the registers Helping with restocking and merchandise display Maintaining a neat and well organized store appearance Working in the Kid's Funn Zone selling tickets and supervising play on the inflatable equipment A friendly and helpful attitude toward customers and colleagues is a must.
The willingness to do other tasks when called upon is also expected - our mission is to ensure that fans enjoy their experience at the ballpark.
This short-term position runs from August 28 to September 4 and then September 11 to September 17.
There may be additional hours on September 19 and 25 if the team makes the playoffs.
Hours are weekday and Saturday evenings as well as one Sunday evening and one Sunday afternoon.
Applicants must be available for any and all games.
If you cannot work Friday, Saturday or Sunday evenings, please do not apply for this job.
Reliability is essential.
There may also be an opportunity to be hired for the 2024 season.
