Food Service Associate / Overview Assists in all areas in the department which may include resident food services, or Patient, Retail and Catering services.

Not Applicable Work Environment Extreme heat and cold for periods of time Kitchen noise Occasional wet floors Standing/walking for long periods of time Heavy traffic flow in close quarters Usually inside well ventilated and lighted areas.
Delivery to outlaying buildings as needed.
Pushing and pulling equipment in and out of department Exposure to sharp items, grinding and slicing equipment.
Requires bending, stooping, reaching up and lifting up to 40lbs.
PPE includes cutting glove, apron, goggles, safety shoes, and chemical resistant gloves Age of Patients Served All Age Groups HIPAA Roles-Based Access to Patient Information None - No access to patient information - Level 0.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
