Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field and three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
2.
Extensive experience with OPWDD programmatic oversight and staff recruitment and supervision.
3.
Strong commitment to the integration of people with disabilities into all aspects of community life.
4.
Valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle.
RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Direct and oversee various OPWDD funded programs and services at STIC, including Community Habilitation (Direct Provider Purchased, Agency Supported Self-Directed, Fiscal Intermediary Self-Direction Services), Supported Employment and Behavioral Services, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
2.
Comply with all STIC policies and procedures, as well as applicable state and federal laws and regulations related to OPWDD and Medicaid.
3.
Recruit, interview, train, schedule, supervise and evaluate the performance of OPWDD Departmental Supervisors and assist with recruitment and interviewing of departmental staff.
4.
Develop and oversee implementation of departmental policies and procedures for OPWDD programs and services.
Develop work systems and processes that effectively drive productivity.
5.
Monitor and analyze operational processes and performance of OPWDD services, including but not limited to:
quality of service provision, unit utilization and monthly review of billing.
6.
Recommend and implement solutions for improvement based on analysis where necessary.
7.
Set goals for the programs and track progress, set-backs and overall performance.
Ensure programs always support and advance STIC's mission.
8.
Coordinate periodic audits of OPWDD program files with STIC's Quality Management Specialist.
9.
Conduct and/or participate in components of New Employee Orientation.
10.
Establish and maintain a professional relationship with consumers, families, and co-workers.
11.
Conduct or participate in outreach activities to inform the community about OPWDD services available through STIC and establish beneficial community relationships.
12.
Address and report all reportable incidents, notable occurrences and significant events in accordance with STIC policies and procedures and applicable laws, regulations, and guidance from OPWDD.
13.
Work a flexible schedule that occasionally includes early mornings, evenings and weekends.
14.
Travel throughout multi-county service area as necessary.
15.
Collect and input statistical and other data and prepare and submit reports as required.
16.
Attend all mandatory agency trainings, meetings, sign language class and advocacy groups.
17.
Maintain program service records, collect statistical data and prepare program in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and program requirements.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
