Responsibilities:
Live within your station's safety and sanitation standards when preparing food, cleaning, stocking, and handling customers' orders.
Follow the station's food preparation and sanitation procedures.
When preparing food, to ensure that it is hands on and clean when reaching into the food.
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for other staff to work in.
Cleaning the prep area and all equipment used.
Maintain a high standard for cleanliness at all times.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines; report any concerns or issues to the Food Service Manager or Manager.
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to communicate clearly with customers, fellow employees, and management.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks requiring your attention on the job.
Requirements:
Will need to buy a BU ID card Reliable transportation as you may be asked to travel to other colleges.
