16 hours ago Full Job Description The Analyst CCS Business Support position reports to the Supervisor CCS Business Support for Central Maine Power (CMP).
The primary responsibilities of the Analyst - CCS Business Support are to provide:
1.
First level of SAP CCS support to all functional business units within Maine.
2.
Project support for Maine regulatory and/or Avangrid Networks objectives.
This requires working with functional groups to understand and define business requirements, identifying a solution and assisting in the implementation of the solution in SAP CCS and related interfaces.
This position also requires working well with end users, process owners, IT support groups, and external vendors.
MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):
Day-to-day CCS production support for Customer Service business units.
Effectively identify, communicate, prioritize, document, and resolve SAP CCS and/or related interface production issues between business, IT, and/or vendors.
Support analysis, solution determination, testing, and implementation of Avangrid Networks application fixes and/or changes to minimize rework and production issues.
Project support with business units, IT, and/or external vendors to understand, define business requirements and implement regulatory and/or Avangrid Networks in line with CCS system and/or related interfaces.
Including analysis, project schedule, requirements/design documentation, test plans, testing, test result documentation, implementation, and post implementation support.
Effectively prioritize and resolve project issues between business, IT, and/or vendors.
Create, maintain, and promote standard documentation (i.
e.
requirements, test cases, procedures, instructions, reference materials, training materials, etc.
) Analyze, develop, and/or execute manual and automatic reports to achieve business unit solutions.
Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred.
Associates Degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience or High School/GED with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
